In response to the vision of an Asian asset management center, Land Bank has set its sights on the high-end wealth management market and has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Commission on July 16th of this year (115) to offer "financial products and services for high-net-worth clients." This will provide high-net-worth clients with diversified and one-stop financial services.

Taiwan is striving to become an Asian asset management center, following the Executive Yuan's phased goals of "two years of noticeable impact, four years of change, and six years of success." The Financial Supervisory Commission has adjusted over 50 financial regulations and gradually opened up private banking and family office businesses, expanded high-net-worth wealth management, and established asset zones and individual investment savings accounts (TISA) mechanisms. The results have been significant, with the total asset management scale (AUM) of Taiwan's financial industry increasing by over 10 trillion yuan in the past two years, driving the rapid growth of Taiwan's financial competitiveness.

Land Bank, in line with the national policy of the Asian asset management center, is actively laying out the high-end wealth management market. With the approval of the Financial Supervisory Commission to offer "financial products and services for high-net-worth clients," it will provide high-net-worth clients with one-stop professional financial services.

In terms of financial products, Land Bank will launch "private equity funds," "overseas bonds not restricted by credit ratings," and "financial structured bond products" exclusively for high-net-worth clients, breaking through the limitations of general wealth management products to meet the diverse investment and risk allocation needs of high-net-worth clients.

At the same time, Land Bank, in collaboration with external professional consultants such as lawyers and accountants, will provide one-stop consulting services for asset allocation, wealth inheritance, tax planning, and trust arrangements. With professional, integrated, and forward-looking wealth solutions, it will deepen customer relationships and enhance service value, creating a leading position for customers.

Land Bank has long been known for its real estate finance and trust business, and has been recognized with awards such as the "Trust 2.0 Promotion Plan Evaluation" by the Trust Association and the "Performance Evaluation of Trusts for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities" by the Financial Supervisory Commission. It has also been honored with the "Outstanding Performance in the Fair Treatment of Customers in the Financial Services Industry" by the Financial Supervisory Commission for seven consecutive years. Land Bank will leverage its solid foundation in trust and wealth management, combined with a professional wealth management team, to provide high-net-worth clients with high-end financial services that are both safe and efficient.

Facing a rapidly changing financial market, Land Bank understands that putting the customer at the center and growing together with the customer is the value of wealth management. Land Bank, celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, will continue to develop various types of financial products and provide diversified financial services in the "financial products and services for high-net-worth clients." At the same time, it will strengthen various risk control capabilities. Through appropriate asset allocation and sound wealth inheritance strategies, it will fully assist customers in achieving the sustainable inheritance of wealth across generations. While leveraging the excellent image of a state-owned bank in fulfilling corporate social responsibility and fair treatment of customers, it will become the most trusted wealth management partner for high-net-worth clients.
