Motorcycle giant Yuehua recently notified owners of its electric scooter Ionex to renew their contracts, with users who originally had 'lifetime basic fee waiver' being asked to change their contracts. Wang Hongwei stated that she has recently received many complaints from consumers of Yuehua electric scooters. In the past, Yuehua Company, in order to compete with the market leader GOGORO, launched the battery replacement service 'lifetime basic fee waiver' promotion. For early buyers, an 'early bird discount' was implemented, with an average fee rate of about 50 yuan per kWh.
