Residents of Yunlin County will soon be able to access agricultural subsidies, elderly healthcare benefits, and parenting reminders without visiting county offices or making endless phone calls. Legislative Yuan member Chang Chia-chun announced the 'Smart City Policy White Paper' today (31st), alongside tech legislators葛如鈞 and 廖偉翔, unveiling the 'AI Smart Yunlin 10 Flagship Projects'. By launching a single integrated platform called 'Yunlin Super APP', agricultural services, healthcare, fraud prevention, and public services will be unified, enabling data-driven precision governance and enhancing public convenience and urban-rural care quality.

Chang Chia-chun's 'AI Smart Yunlin 10 Flagship Projects' are built on the core vision of 'Cloud Blueprint, Smart Network Integration', covering dimensions such as smart governance, public services, agricultural development, healthcare, public safety, and urban management.

The initiative will establish an AI City Brain and Smart Government, implementing intelligent decision-making dashboards and cross-domain data governance mechanisms to promote data-driven policy decisions and accelerate administrative efficiency within the county government. A single service portal, the 'Yunlin Super APP', will integrate agricultural subsidies, elderly health benefits, parenting activity reminders, and transportation and tourism inquiries into one platform, realizing a 'one less trip, one less call' experience for citizens.

AI technology will be introduced for agricultural disaster prevention and pest-disease early warnings, strengthening farmers' resilience against extreme weather and enabling more precise policy deployment. A smart healthcare network will be established to reduce urban-rural medical disparities, while AI-powered image analysis and smart sensing technologies will comprehensively enhance public safety and anti-fraud defenses.

Chang Chia-chun stated that under Magistrate Chang Li-shan's leadership, Yunlin has already built a solid foundation in smart city development. The next phase will further integrate public services using AI technology. The essence of a smart city lies in using technology to genuinely improve people's lives, transforming governance from experience-based management to intelligent governance.

In response, legislators葛如鈞 and 廖偉翔 expressed strong support, emphasizing that while AI is merely a tool, forward-thinking local leaders can significantly drive industrial innovation and urban competitiveness. They pledged full support in the Legislative Yuan for related policies, regulations, and central resource integration, aiming to position Yunlin as a national model city for AI-powered smart governance, ensuring technology becomes deeply embedded in communities and people's daily lives.
