Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd. officially signed a collective agreement today (5th) with the Fubon Financial Holding Group Union, represented by Fubon Financial Holding Vice Chairman Tseng Ming-Tsung and Group Union President Wu Hsiao-Wen. The signing ceremony was witnessed by distinguished guests including Wang Hou-Wei, Director of the Labor Relations Division at the Ministry of Labor; Liang Tsang-Chi, Deputy Director of the Taipei City Government Labor Bureau; Chung Fu-Chi, President of the National Financial Workers' Union Federation; and Han Shih-Hsien, Secretary-General, symbolizing a new milestone in Fubon Financial Holding's labor-management relations.

Fubon Financial Holding has long prioritized employee rights protection, establishing a solid foundation of mutual trust through rational dialogue and good-faith negotiations over the years. Since 2015, subsidiaries under Fubon Financial Holding—including Taipei Fubon Bank, Fubon Securities, Fubon Futures, Fubon Insurance, and Fubon Life Insurance—have successively signed collective agreements with their respective unions. Fubon Financial Holding is now the financial holding company in Taiwan with the most subsidiaries that have signed collective agreements. The signing of this group-level collective agreement once again demonstrates the company’s concrete achievements in prioritizing employee welfare, deepening labor-management cooperation, and advancing sustainable corporate development.

Vice Chairman Tseng Ming-Tsung of Fubon Financial Holding stated that stable and harmonious labor-management relations are a crucial foundation for sustainable corporate growth. With this collective agreement, Fubon Financial Holding will further institutionalize and concretize employee welfare enhancements, including a 20% increase in Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival bonuses. Additionally, the employee stock ownership trust program has been formally incorporated into the agreement. Employees can now contribute a fixed monthly amount ranging from NT$2,000 to NT$8,000 based on their job level, with the company matching 100% of the contribution to the employee’s stock ownership trust account, enabling staff to share in the company’s growth.

Going forward, Fubon Financial Holding will continue to uphold the principles of “mutual trust, respect, and cooperation,” maintaining strong communication with the union to jointly build a harmonious, inclusive, and fulfilling workplace. The company is committed to advancing both sustainable corporate development and employee well-being for a brighter future.
