Amid rising awareness around aging populations, retirement planning, and family asset inheritance, Ding Lyueh Insurance Brokers has joined hands with Prudential Life to introduce the 'Prudential Xindingfeng Foreign Currency Whole Life Insurance (Fixed Payout Type)'. Built on the 'dual-blade insurance' concept, this product combines lifelong protection with fixed payouts, aiming to help policyholders meet diverse financial needs throughout different life stages through comprehensive coverage, fund allocation, and inheritance planning.

Life stages continuously evolve—from entering the workforce, starting a family, to achieving career stability—each bringing unique financial challenges. Younger individuals focus on asset accumulation, while those with families must balance household expenses and children’s education. Middle-aged and mature adults begin considering retirement lifestyles, capital utilization, and family legacy.

Ding Lyueh emphasizes that financial planning should not only focus on the future but also preserve flexibility for present-day living. This newly launched foreign currency whole life insurance leverages a fixed-payout structure and lifelong coverage to assist policyholders in designing personalized cash flows and long-term asset allocations based on individual needs.

Figure 1) In an era of centenarian lifespans, securing one’s own future comes first, followed by leaving choices for the next generation. Ding Lyueh proposes the philosophy of 'leaving a river for yourself first, then a lake for your descendants,' highlighting that retirement security and asset inheritance need not be mutually exclusive. With early preparation, individuals can ensure stable personal livelihoods while preserving greater options for their families.

According to Ding Lyueh, this product was co-developed by Dingfeng Holdings and Prudential Life. Under the leadership of senior actuarial consultant Li Zhengwei, it integrates market demand, actuarial assessments, and frontline service insights through repeated discussions and design iterations, aiming to create an insurance solution closely aligned with policyholders’ life planning needs.

Professional service does not end at sale completion—needs analysis is the true starting point of planning. Ding Lyueh stresses that insurance products are not universally suitable and must be evaluated based on age, family responsibilities, funding needs, risk tolerance, and foreign currency allocation capacity. Frontline agents support clients through needs analysis and financial planning, ensuring clear understanding of product features and associated risks, preventing decisions based solely on projected payout figures.

Going forward, Ding Lyueh will continue upholding its brand mission of 'standing with clients, defending policyholder rights,' offering customized needs analysis and long-term support to accompany policyholders through various life stages, gradually building robust frameworks for protection, retirement, and asset inheritance.

Foreign currency insurance products involve exchange rate fluctuations and currency conversion risks. Policyholders should carefully assess their personal needs and risk tolerance. The policy dividend under this product is a non-guaranteed benefit and not assured in amount. Actual terms, payout conditions, and related restrictions are subject to the policy contract clauses and official announcements by the insurance company.
