TPP legislator Chen Ching-lung established a Shan-cheng service office yesterday, with Lu Hsiu-yen attending and sharing the stage with Ko Wen-je and TPP chairman Huang Kuo-chang. Lu Hsiu-yen stated in her speech that 'in Taichung, blue and white stand united to make Taichung better and Taiwan better.'
