Sanwan Township, Miaoli County — Living Allowance: Eligibility Criteria

Local Residents: According to the Sanwan Township Office, eligible individuals must have been registered residents of Sanwan Township by January 31 of this year and remain registered as of the registry date of June 17.

Newborns: Children born on or before April 17, 115th year of the Republic of China (inclusive), whose parent(s) meet the above criteria, and who have completed birth registration or initial household registration in the township before the registry date, with no subsequent household relocation until the registry date.

Sanwan Township, Miaoli County — How to Claim the Living Allowance

The living allowance can be collected either via direct bank transfer for seniors or in person for general residents.

Seniors aged 65 and above (1,499 people) (direct deposit): Disbursement Date: Monday, August 10, 115th year of the Republic of China Funds will be directly deposited into the original senior citizen gift fund account. No separate notification will be sent.

In-person collection for general residents: Self-collection: Present your ID card, personal seal, and claim form.

Minors (born August 1998 or later): Required documents include the legal guardian’s ID, seal, the minor’s ID, and one of the following: household register (original), or a household transcript issued within the last three months (original), along with the minor’s claim form.

Family proxy collection: Present your own ID and seal, the family member’s ID and seal, the claim form (with an affidavit form filled out).

Special circumstances / deceased individuals: Visit the village office to complete a separate affidavit form, bring relevant supporting documents, and collect during the designated补领 period.
