Taiwan's stock market recently experienced a significant correction, briefly falling below the 40,000-point mark, but has now stabilized and rebounded. On the 13th, the index closed at 46,021 points, reclaiming the 46,000-point level. Financial expert Huang Shih-Tsung, appearing on the program 'Bao-Jie Dian-Bing,' noted that while the market rose 503 points today, the more important signal was the return of trading volume. After several days of turnover below NT$900 billion, today's volume reached NT$1.05 trillion. "What does this mean? It means big money and long-term capital are coming back!"

Huang explained that "big money" refers to high-net-worth investors and institutional players returning to the market, reflected in the strong performance of high-priced stocks. "Long-term money" refers to sovereign wealth funds and central banks from various countries increasing their investments in AI-related stocks, with Taiwan being a key target. Norway's sovereign fund has heavily invested in Taiwanese equities, Bridgewater Associates has bought TSMC shares, and Singapore's Temasek has increased its stake in memory stocks, emphasizing a higher allocation to AI-related sectors—potentially including Taiwan.

Huang also pointed out a growing presence of investors from Arab countries in Taiwan, not only purchasing AI servers but possibly laying the groundwork for gradual investments in the stock market. "We may soon see sovereign funds from the Middle East buying Taiwan's large-cap stocks."

Although daily gains have been modest, the market has now risen for four consecutive days, gaining a total of 1,793 points this week. Many expected resistance at the 45,000–46,000 range, but the index has quietly surpassed each level. Foreign institutional investors have resumed aggressive buying, purchasing NT$75.6 billion today—the eighth-largest buy record in history—and a total of NT$160.7 billion over the past four days, gradually repurchasing what they previously sold. This inflow has become fuel for the market's upward momentum, increasing the likelihood of further rebounds.

In the U.S., Super Micro Computer's earnings report significantly exceeded expectations, driving a broad rally in the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index and tech stocks. In South Korea, memory giants Samsung and SK Hynix have helped the market rebound 23% from its lows, entering a "technical bull market." Huang emphasized, "The entire AI stock sector is surging. As long as U.S. and Korean markets rise, Taiwan's market will inevitably follow."

Huang analyzed that "long-term and large-scale capital will continue flowing into Taiwan." Given the sustained AI trend, sovereign funds from Norway and Singapore are already active, and more international capital is expected to follow. The return of both big and long-term money has made the market vibrant and resilient.
