To enhance road safety awareness among motorcyclists, the Hualien County Government is continuing last year’s (114) successful initiative and has once again partnered with the Hualien DMV to launch the 'Ordinary Heavy Motorcycle Training Stacked Subsidy.' According to the Construction Department of Hualien County, to promote the road safety concept of 'Train First, Then Ride,' individuals who complete a full training program at a legally registered ordinary heavy motorcycle driving school within Hualien County and subsequently obtain their license are eligible to apply for subsidies:

· Ministry of Transportation Basic Subsidy: NT$1,300 per person. · Hualien County Additional Subsidy: The county government is providing an extra 400 slots, with an additional NT$1,300 per person. · Total Subsidy Amount: Qualified applicants who complete training and pass the exam will receive a total of NT$2,600 in subsidies.
