The Petrochemical Division of CPC Corporation, Taiwan, held the 'CPC Neighborly Cup Basketball Invitational' on the 15th, inviting residents of Lin Yuan, partner companies, and local students to participate. Over a hundred basketball enthusiasts enthusiastically joined the event, undeterred by continuous rainfall that failed to dampen their passion. The invitational tournament took place at the indoor gymnasium of Linyuan Elementary School and spanned two days, featuring three divisions: junior high, senior high, and open (community) categories, allowing basketball lovers of all ages to showcase their skills. Even before the official start, many players arrived early to warm up and fine-tune their performance.
Despite the persistent rain, the athletes' competitive spirit remained unshaken. Players on the court sprinted with full effort and demonstrated aggressive defense, while sideline supporters cheered passionately, energizing the competitors. The mutual enthusiasm between players and spectators elevated the game atmosphere to new heights.

The tournament followed the latest international basketball rules certified by the Chinese Taipei Basketball Association. After two days of intense competition, the award ceremony and closing event are scheduled for 4:30 PM on the 16th. The event aims to foster emotional connections among Lin Yuan residents and promote a healthy, passionate local sports culture through basketball.
