In 2025 (114), the average annual income for residents reached NT$763,000, with all age groups recording their highest levels in history. Notably, the average annual income for individuals under 30 also rose to NT$587,000, marking a 5% increase from the previous year. The 45- to 54-year-old age group achieved the highest average annual income at NT$982,000.

Li Jia-hang, a counselor at DGBAS, pointed out that sustained economic growth and the adjustment of minimum wage have driven income increases across all income brackets. However, the growth rate for the highest-income group remains greater than that of the lowest-income group.
