Ruihe Jintan will list on the Emerging Stock Market on August 19, marking a new milestone in the company's development. In response to global net-zero transitions and rising energy demands driven by AI and semiconductor industries, the company has built its foundation on renewable energy power plant investments, gradually establishing capabilities in green power trading, smart energy management, and regional energy integration. Over the past two years, it has further expanded into the hydrogen sector. Simultaneously, through its subsidiary Sanxiao Wenchuang, it connects sustainable agriculture, responsible procurement, and local community development, forming an integrated service portfolio from low-carbon energy to ESG.

Currently, Ruihe Jintan manages approximately 160MW of renewable energy assets and has accumulated experience in the construction and management of over 1,000 projects, positioning itself as a comprehensive energy and sustainability solutions provider for enterprises.

Starting with Solar Power: Integrating Energy Supply and Smart Management

Ruihe Jintan began with investments in renewable energy power plants. As corporate demand for green power and carbon reduction solidified, the company extended its operations into green power trading and smart energy management starting in 2019, gradually forming a complete service chain encompassing energy supply, trading, and management. In terms of renewable energy investment strategy, it focuses on distributed, low-sensitivity sites such as rooftops, parking lots, covered sports courts, livestock shed roofs, and urban public spaces.

Its green power trading platform, Mr. Watt, has cumulatively facilitated 3.4 billion kWh of green power contracts and managed over 180 power transfer accounts, serving corporate needs for green power transfers and meeting requirements related to SBTi, RE100, and Scope 2 emissions reductions. Chunho Technology focuses on smart energy technologies such as power generation and consumption forecasting, green power matching, equipment monitoring, and anomaly detection. Additionally, Zhijin Carbon, jointly established with Acer, is involved in a BOT project for a smart energy management system at the Tainan Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City, integrating photovoltaics, energy storage, AI prediction optimization, and CEMS-based regional energy management, expanding energy management from individual sites to entire industrial parks.

Beyond Solar: Expanding the Low-Carbon Energy Portfolio with Hydrogen

Building upon its existing strengths in renewable energy, green power trading, and smart energy management, hydrogen has become a key focus area for Ruihe Jintan over the past two years. Recognizing that solar and wind power are subject to weather and seasonal fluctuations, the company aims to meet enterprises’ future 24/7 low-carbon electricity needs through more diverse and dispatchable energy options. Since 2024, Ruihe Jintan has advanced hydrogen-related research, signing overseas green hydrogen development cooperation agreements and collaborating with international hydrogen power technology providers. It also plans to promote an ammonia cracking hydrogen power demonstration site in Taiwan, aiming to develop more diversified low-carbon power solutions through the integration of renewables, energy storage, and hydrogen-ammonia energy.

Connecting Energy and Community through ESG Services

Beyond the energy sector, Ruihe Jintan extends its services to corporate ESG through its Sanxiao Wenchuang brand, Sanxiao Market. Sanxiao Market has long been committed to responsible procurement, sustainable food and agriculture, eco-friendly farming, and local revitalization. It currently collaborates with over 130 environmentally friendly producers, helping enterprises translate sustainability principles into tangible actions. Through programs promoting organic farming and ecological conservation, it further contributes to biodiversity and natural capital preservation.

As it enters this new phase with its Emerging Stock Market listing, Ruihe Jintan will continue to build on renewable energy investments, integrating green power trading, AI-powered smart energy management, hydrogen solutions, and ESG services. By extending from 'low-carbon power' to 'sustainable action,' the company aims to provide enterprises with more diverse and comprehensive energy and sustainability solutions.
