To stimulate the local economy, Huatan Township in Changhua County is generously distributing a large relief package, providing every registered resident with a 6,000 NTD economic revitalization grant. This welfare policy covers over 42,000 residents across the township, with a total disbursement amounting to more than 258 million NTD.

The first phase of fixed-point distribution began on July 20 at the Wanya Village Activity Center. After touring various villages, the final distribution took place on August 14 at the Changchun Community Activity Center in Changchun Village, officially concluding the first phase.

Residents who were unable to collect their revitalization funds during the first phase need not worry about losing their entitlement. Huatan Township Office has arranged a second phase of collection, open from August 19 to November 30. During this period, residents can personally visit the township office every Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to complete the collection process.

When collecting the 6,000 NTD revitalization grant, ensure all required documents are brought. For personal collection, the original ID card and personal seal are mandatory. For family members collecting on behalf of others, the proxy must prepare a power of attorney, the principal's identification documents, the proxy’s original ID card, and either a household register or an official household transcript.

For minors, collection must be assisted by a legal guardian, who must bring identification documents for both the guardian and the minor.
