Eligibility requires continuous registration in Keelung City as of September 1, 115 (2026), for at least three years, and being aged 65 or older (55 or older for indigenous people), with disbursement automatically issued by the government.

Changhua County, Huatan Township The economic revitalization gift fund is NT$6,000. The first disbursement phase ended on August 14. From August 19 to November 30,补领 is available every Wednesday at the township office. Applicants must have registered by March 1, 115 (2026), and still be registered as of April 28, 115 (2026).

Miaoli County, Sanwan Township The living allowance is NT$5,000.定点 distribution at village locations ended on August 15. Late补领 is available from August 17 to August 21 at the township office. Yunlin County, Linnei Township The living assistance fund is NT$3,600. Phase one ended on August 9. Phase two runs from August 10 to September 9, allowing in-person cash pickup at the township office. Phase three, from September 14 to December 31, accepts paper applications for bank transfers. Eligible individuals must have registered by March 31, 115 (2026), and not have moved out or been removed from the register by May 27, 115 (2026). Hualien County, Fulin Township The economic revitalization gift fund is NT$3,000. Local offices emphasize that eligible individuals who fail to submit required documentation and complete procedures at designated locations within the deadline will be considered to have automatically waived their right to receive funds.
