Forward Taiwan launched a new interactive website called 'Zodiac Council' on August 26, aiming to help the public understand local council candidates and their zodiac distributions in a more relatable and engaging way. By simply visiting the site and selecting their zodiac sign, users can instantly find candidates who share their sign and see in which counties their zodiac sign has the most candidates and strongest presence.

Following the site's launch, three Forward Taiwan candidates—Lin Shih-Han (Chiayi City West District), Chen Yue-Jian (Chiayi City East District), and Liu Chung-Shu (Yilan County Constituency 1)—shared their zodiac signs on Facebook, inviting supporters to check how many seats their sign holds in local councils. All three expressed the same small wish: that their zodiac sign gains one more seat in the next council.

The 'Zodiac Council' has revealed some surprising findings. For instance, Pisces—a sign known for romance, sensitivity, and strong intuition—has the highest number of candidates in New Taipei City. Different counties also show distinct zodiac 'home grounds,' revealing intriguing local political patterns.

Beyond zodiac signs, users can explore the policy issues candidates care about and compare them with the challenges their own counties face. From transportation, childcare, housing, education, and the environment to regional development, the site compiles topics that council members of the same zodiac sign have previously raised, questioned, or advocated for in council sessions.
