Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Hosts 9 Job Fairs with Nearly 13,000 Openings! Engineers Can Earn Up to NT$100,000 Monthly; AI Interviewer Debuts

To assist job seekers and career changers in finding quality employment and to meet corporate hiring demands, the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Branch of the Ministry of Labor's Workforce Development Agency has announced nine large-scale in-person recruitment events across Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli in September. A total of 251 companies will participate, offering up to 12,917 diverse job openings spanning popular industries such as semiconductors, technology manufacturing, hospitality, and aviation logistics, with top monthly salaries reaching NT$100,000, providing job seekers across various fields with a face-to-face employment platform.

In collaboration with the Taoyuan City Government, the branch has scheduled six intensive recruitment events on September 4, 10, 11, 16, 17, and 18, featuring 178 companies offering over 7,500 job opportunities—the largest number of openings in this series. Participating companies include industry leaders such as Unimicron, Nanya PCB, King Yuan Electronics, Wannian Group, Fullon Hotel, and Taoyuan Bus.

In terms of compensation, Design Engineers at Benyuanxing Group can earn up to NT$100,000 per month, while engineers at Unimicron are offered up to NT$75,000. On-site, a Youth Employment Service Zone will provide professional career counseling, resume diagnostics, and information on government employment incentive programs.

Hsinchu will host two specialized job fairs. On September 3, the '2026 Hsinchu Paperless On-site Recruitment Event' will take place at Hexuan Hotel, gathering 20 companies including Wistron NeWeb, iST, Silicon Integrated, and TAIYA Semiconductor, offering over 1,900 positions. Pharmacists at Sanyou Pharmacy can earn up to NT$82,000 monthly, and Construction Supervisors at Changyi Construction up to NT$65,000. This event will feature an 'AI Interviewer' experience, incorporating makeup analysis, portrait photography, and simulated interviews to comprehensively enhance job seekers' interview readiness. On September 11, the Zhubei session will focus on flexible working hours and part-time roles, attracting companies such as Accton Technology, Wistron, Hongbai Technology, and PX Mart. Job seekers who interview with at least two companies can participate in a prize draw.

The Miaoli event will be held on September 5 at the Landis Hotel Shangshun, with 33 major tech and manufacturing firms including Micron Taiwan, SPIL, Powerchip Advanced, Wannian Group, and Taisalt participating and offering 2,200 positions. Engineers at Powerchip Advanced can earn up to NT$60,000 monthly. Applicants who interview with two or more companies on-site will receive practical interview gifts.
