As Double Ten National Day approaches, the annual main visual has once again become a topic of public discussion. This year, the National Day筹备 Committee, led by Legislative Yuan President Han Kuo-yu, unveiled the main visual on the official Facebook page 'Celebrate ROC National Day' at noon today (October 1). The design features a grid-based composition using glossy square blocks to form a red-and-blue 'Double Ten' pattern, with the slogan 'Happy Birthday to the Republic of China' in Chinese and 'TAIWAN TOGETHER AS ONE' in English.

The 2024 National Day visual, revealed by 'Celebrate ROC National Day,' retains the traditional ROC national flag colors of blue, white, and red. However, the texture differs from last year’s design, now using reflective, glossy blocks to assemble the 'Double Ten' motif. The left side is blue, the right side red, set against a pure white background.

The Chinese slogan beneath the design remains unchanged from last year: 'Happy Birthday to the Republic of China.' The English slogan, however, has changed to 'TAIWAN TOGETHER AS ONE,' replacing last year’s 'Beautiful Taiwan Today, A Better Taiwan Tomorrow.'

Since Han Kuo-yu assumed the role of筹备 Committee Chair in 2024, the National Day visuals have consistently featured the ROC flag’s red, blue, and white color scheme. Last year’s design, which adopted a painted brushstroke aesthetic, also sparked considerable public conversation.
