Imabari Kinsei Launches New Spring/Summer Towel Series: 'The Waffle' and 'Marine Gauze'

Imabari Kinsei, a towel brand operated by Stylem Takisada-Osaka, has introduced two new series designed for comfort during the spring and summer months: the waffle-weave 'The Waffle' and the marine-striped 'Marine Gauze.'

'The Waffle' launched in advance at the Imabari Kinsei Omotesando store on June 1, 2026. It utilizes a three-dimensional 'Brighton Waffle' weave, providing a refreshing feel and excellent quick-drying capabilities. Available in ivory and gray, the design is created to blend seamlessly with interior decor.

'Marine Gauze' is currently available at the Omotesando store and the official online shop. It uses 'Olympia Cotton,' which wraps soft Mediterranean Greek cotton around a resilient core, combining the quick-drying nature of gauze with the high water absorbency of pile fabric. The series also offers gift sets in warm-textured boxes made from recycled paper.
