Marking 61 years since her debut, singer Tokiko Kato's 'Concert 2026: Hymn to Tomorrow - 100 Years of Gina's Life' is underway. The show has two parts. Part 1, 'Encounter Stories', features hits like 'Million Roses' and songs related to artists like Eigo Kawashima, Yutaka Ozaki, and Akina Nakamori. Part 2, '100 Years of Gina's Life', draws on the world of 'Porco Rosso', where Kato voiced Gina. She performs songs of peace across eras, such as 'Le Temps des cerises', 'Lili Marleen', 'Imagine', 'Those Were the Days', and 'Where Have All the Flowers Gone', sharing the historical background of how they were passed down. The Chiba performance will take place at Chiba Prefecture Cultural Hall Grand Hall on July 11, 2026, starting at 15:30. Tickets are priced at 8,000 yen (tax included). Inquiries for wheelchair seating are handled by Tokiko Planning.
