[Sunsho Pharmaceutical] Announcement of Results for Employee Benefit Supplement Distribution Program

● Sunsho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, President & CEO: Akira Imamura), a contract manufacturer of health foods and supplements, is pleased to announce the consolidated results of the internal employee benefit program 'Sunsho Wellness Project' implemented from August 2025 to January 2026.

● In this project, in-house manufactured supplements were distributed free of charge to all employees (including temporary staff), totaling approximately 1,070 people, for a period of six months. In a retrospective survey conducted after the program concluded, valid responses were obtained from 492 employees. The results confirmed a certain level of achievement across the four initial objectives: (1) maintenance and promotion of employee health, (2) arousing interest in supplements, (3) improvement of health consciousness and behavioral change, and (4) practice of health and productivity management and enlightenment to society.

● This initiative is a practical application of health and productivity management unique to a health food OEM company, utilizing internally manufactured supplements as an employee benefit program to simultaneously support employee health and promote understanding of the company's business. Moving forward, we will continue to share the insights gained within our company both internally and externally, continuing to raise awareness and contribute to mental and physical health.
