SUPERNOVA, Inc., a developer of generative AI services, will begin offering an AI OCR function in its generative AI service, Stella AI for Biz, starting Monday, June 1, 2026. This is a simple function where users just upload a file, and the generative AI reads the content as text, formats it into Markdown, and allows it to be downloaded in Word format (.docx). No complex operations or settings are required; it is completed in three steps (upload -> transcribe -> download). No additional option fees are required, and users can utilize it by consuming credits within the service. Furthermore, if you apply through Kyocera Document Solutions Japan, you can link it with Kyocera multifunction printers to automate the process of converting scanned PDF files directly into Word format. This linking function is scheduled to be available from July 1, 2026.
