Launch of 'KDDI Message Cast for ServiceNow®'

Supership Inc. and KDDI Corporation announced that their corporate messaging service, 'KDDI Message Cast,' will integrate with ServiceNow®, a digital workflow platform provided by ServiceNow, Inc. The new service, 'KDDI Message Cast for ServiceNow®,' will be available starting May 28, 2026, enabling direct SMS delivery from within the ServiceNow platform. This service provides a mechanism to automatically send SMS triggered by ServiceNow® workflows. It facilitates the management of time-sensitive communications, ranging from important notifications and reminders in customer service processes to emergency alerts during system failures in IT Service Management (ITSM). As digital transformation progresses, the use of ServiceNow® has expanded, increasing the need for reliable communication. Previously, email notifications were easily overlooked, and phone calls were dependent on the recipient's availability. This service integrates with ServiceNow® workflow functions to automatically send SMS based on triggers such as incident occurrences or contract deadlines. This ensures that notifications are less likely to be missed, contributing to reduced operational burdens and enhanced governance. Additionally, a flat-rate plan is available for urgent communications and important notifications.
