Announcement Regarding Organizational and Executive Changes at Suzuyo Shoji Co., Ltd. Effective June 1, 2026

Suzuyo Shoji Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shizuoka City; President: Masahiko Ito) hereby announces the following changes to its organizational and executive structure, as well as personnel changes for department managers and above, effective June 1, 2026. 1. Organizational Changes: (1) Abolition of DX Planning Dept. and GX Planning Dept.: We will abolish these departments and consolidate their functions for new product and business development into the 'New Product Development Dept.' (2) Establishment of Industry System Sales Dept.: We will merge the 'FA Sales Dept.' and 'DX Sales Dept.' to establish the 'Industry System Sales Dept.' to promote business expansion. 2. Personnel Changes: (1) Executive Changes effective June 1, 2026: Director Tatsuhide Uchino (in charge of General Affairs, Accounting, Safety & Quality, and Information Systems) will change from being commissioned as Accounting Dept. Manager to Information Systems Dept. Manager. (2) Personnel changes for department managers and above: A total of 8 personnel changes were announced, including Go Matsunaga (Director-attached Dept. Manager), Yasuhiro Usui (New Product Development Dept. Manager), Tetsuki Tominaga (Accounting Dept. Manager), Takao Iguchi (Audit & Legal Dept. Manager), Tomokazu Kiyono (Information Systems Dept. Manager), Ryushi Amano (Industry System Sales Dept. Manager), and Hiroshi Hattori (Industry System Sales Dept. Manager).
