Synology Unveils Next-Generation DiskStation Manager and Full Data Management Portfolio at COMPUTEX 2026

Taipei, Taiwan – June 4, 2026 – Synology announced a comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered solutions at COMPUTEX 2026. This includes the next-generation DiskStation Manager (DSM), new ActiveProtect appliances and management platform, a complete video surveillance ecosystem, new features for Synology Office Suite, and the Bee series private cloud ecosystem.

Next-Generation DSM The next-gen DSM is designed for AI readiness and enterprise deployment. Support for GPU NAS and AI appliances enables full on-premise AI inference and governance, while the new DSM Agent manages intelligent, automated workflows across the entire system. For large-scale deployments, Cluster Manager integrates multiple systems into a single interface, offering workload migration, QoS, and centralized protection. Active Insight's new Mass Deployment capability enables rapid provisioning across multiple sites, and the revamped Log Center adds enterprise observability features to enhance security and compliance.

ActiveProtect Manager 2.0 and DP5200 ActiveProtect Manager (APM) 2.0 extends protection to AWS EC2, Azure VM, Proxmox, Nutanix AHV, and Google Workspace, supporting cross-platform recovery to help companies maintain end-to-end resiliency across hybrid cloud and virtualized environments. For proactive threat mitigation, the platform integrates AI-powered anomaly detection and malware detection. The new DP5200 further expands the ActiveProtect lineup, enabling flexible deployment for enterprises.

New Surveillance Access Control, DVA Appliances, and Hybrid Cloud Surveillance Synology is expanding its surveillance ecosystem with new access control solutions, including the AC100 door controller, AR series readers, new DC series dome cameras, and new Deep Video Analytics (DVA) appliances featuring AI-powered semantic event search and re-identification path tracking. Completing the ecosystem, Surveillance365 provides VSaaS functionality that integrates seamlessly with on-premise Surveillance Station, bringing an unified hybrid cloud platform for remote and multi-site security monitoring to enterprises.

Synology Office Suite Expanded with ChatPlus and Meet Synology Office Suite adds ChatPlus and Meet, delivering enterprise-grade communication with granular permission and management controls. Both integrate AI-powered transcription and translation, helping teams work efficiently while keeping all data fully on-premise and under organizational control.

Bee Series Private Cloud Ecosystem for Individuals and Homes The expanded BeeStation and BeeStation Plus lineup offers a wide range of choices for various storage needs. BeeCamera enables home monitoring with Synology cameras on BeeStation Plus, and Synology Deep Search enables AI-powered local search across personal content on macOS and Windows, allowing users to find anything with AI without compromising privacy.
