Survey on Career Guidance: Over 80% Use Data, but 'Time for Students' Remains Top Challenge

Systech IT Solutions conducted a survey with 1,005 teachers regarding career guidance. While over 80% use school management systems for data such as grades and attendance, only 20% feel their systems are fully prepared for high-quality guidance. The top challenge is a lack of 'time to interact with students' (47.6%), followed by a need for data analysis expertise. Teachers expect digital tools to centralize data and provide comparative analysis, which 80% believe would improve guidance quality and reduce heavy administrative workloads.
