Seminar Title: 2026 Academic Exam Send-off: Last 'HOW-TO' from Izawa

Date & Time: Wednesday, June 17, 19:30

Featuring popular TAC instructor Izawa!

Concept: A few tips can make a 2 or 3-point difference! Exam-day 'HOW-TO's!

In this final session before the exam, we will teach practical 'HOW-TO's to help you perform at your best, such as how to prepare your mindset and prevent careless errors. Every year, we hear candidates say, 'I could have scored 3 more points,' or 'I might have made a marking error.' This is incredibly frustrating. Securing those points makes all the difference in passing. This is a must-watch for all candidates who have worked hard up to this point.

For First-class Architect Design/Drafting Exam Candidates

Seminar Title: How to Read the Exam Problem Statement!

Date & Time: Wednesday, June 17, 19:30

Featuring TAC's veteran design/drafting instructor, Kiyota!

Concept: There is no success without accurately reading the problem statement! We will lecture on how to read and interpret it.

This session focuses on 'reading the problem statement,' which is directly linked to sketches and drafting. Misinterpreting the problem statement can lead to a 'plan completely detached from the examiner's intent' even after hours of work. We will use the 2025 exam problem (building type: government office) to explain phrasing, interpretation, and analysis techniques. We will also review the learning schedule up to the exam day while presenting the TAC curriculum. Highly recommended for first-time candidates!
