Born in Osaka in 1960. At the age of 38, while unemployed, he passed the Judicial Scrivener exam in just 6 months on his first attempt. While working as an instructor, he challenged other legal qualification exams such as real estate and administrative scrivener based on his unique theory, the "Automatic System," and passed them all on his first try. As the representative of the Automatic Execution Committee, he has authored the Judicial Scrivener exam preparation book series "Koji Yamamoto's Automatic System" and is dedicated to nurturing future talent.

Tetsuya Nishigaki, Instructor

Member of the "Koji Yamamoto's Automatic System" book series' Automatic Execution Committee. He emphasizes instruction that values the fundamentals. He constantly considers how to convey necessary knowledge and past exam question approaches in an easy-to-understand manner to support his students. He is also active as a practitioner.
