Hikaru Yamaguchi

During university, he belonged to a public policy seminar that produced many successful candidates in civil service exams and was in charge of a group project on community-based integrated care systems as part of his research. After entering graduate school, he researched social and welfare policies at the national and local levels, and provided thesis guidance to undergraduate and international students as a TA (Teaching Assistant). In particular, he wrote a thesis analyzing how public comments reach the administration through the national public comment system in various policy areas. Currently, as an instructor for the Psychology and Welfare Officer courses, he is primarily in charge of lectures on policy papers and interview preparation. He also conducts special seminars and instructor counseling for the Psychology and Welfare Officer courses.
