Takara Holdings, Inc. has been selected for the first time as a constituent stock of the "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index," a representative ESG investment index.

The "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index," constructed by global index provider FTSE Russell, is a sector-neutral benchmark index designed to reflect the performance of Japanese large-cap and small-to-mid-cap stocks that exhibit superior environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responses relative to their respective sectors. The "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index" is widely used for creating and evaluating sustainable investment funds and other financial products, and it is also one of the ESG indices adopted by the GPIF (Government Pension Investment Fund, Japan).

With this selection for the "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index," our company is now included in five ESG investment indices adopted by the GPIF as of July 2026.
