Nihonbashi Takashimaya S.C. will host the '22nd Yamagata Exhibition' from May 20 to 25, 2026. The event will gather about 50 stores showcasing Yamagata's specialties, including fruit-based sweets, Yonezawa beef bento boxes, seafood, and traditional crafts. An eat-in area will serve local noodles like Hirata Farm Kinka pork wonton noodles. Other highlights include fresh cherries shipped directly from farms, gelato made with local ingredients, and artisanal products like Yamabudo vine baskets.
