Takusho Development Group (Takusho Development Holdings Co., Ltd., Goodies Co., Ltd., Good and Co., Ltd., Elecas Resort Co., Ltd.) will open "THE TSUBAKIMORI Hotel & Residence," a boutique hotel with 26 exclusive rooms, on Thursday, May 7, 2026, located a 10-minute walk from JR Chiba Station and directly in front of Chiba Park. A boutique hotel is defined as a small hotel that emphasizes design and concept, offering a special, localized experience in a limited number of rooms, and this is the first such establishment in Chiba City*.
