TAMON Co., Inc. Launches "TAMTEC PEAK ANALYZER" Waveform Analysis Software for Spectroscopes, Enabling Real-time Component Separation and FWHM Calculation

TAMON Co., Inc. developed TAMTEC PEAK ANALYZER to address challenges in optical and spectroscopy measurement. Existing spectroscope software often lacks functions for evaluating FWHM and complex peak shapes, leading to manual data export and Excel calculations. Previously, advanced component separation required expensive dedicated systems. TAMTEC PEAK ANALYZER allows users to leverage their current spectroscopes, offering advanced analysis capabilities at a starting cost from 100,000 JPY. It supports USB spectroscopes from major manufacturers including Ocean Optics, OtO Photonics, and Avantes. The software automatically detects multiple peaks and lists FWHM in real-time. The Pro version features advanced curve fitting using Pseudo-Voigt functions to accurately separate Gaussian and Lorentzian components, aiding complex evaluations such as plasma diagnostics (e.g., Stark effect). Measurement results are exported to CSV along with metadata (exposure time, correction algorithms). Raw spectrum waveforms and component separation curves are also exported, enabling one-click graph creation in Excel suitable for academic papers and inspection reports.
