Tanico Corporation, a commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer, is opening the first udon-style restaurant at 'Chu-BUONO,' a shared restaurant within 'Fantudio Takamatsu' located in the Kawaramachi FLAG commercial facility in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture. The manufacturer is backing the support for opening physical restaurant locations. 'Chu-BUONO' is a shared restaurant where aspiring restaurateurs can experience real-store operations. It provides a first step toward owning a full-scale restaurant by allowing users to experience all aspects of store management. The new shop, 'Teuchi Udon Haru,' aims to be a place that people can easily drop by and want to visit repeatedly. The shop is scheduled to operate from June 1 to August 31, 2026, with a special opening festival price of 300 yen per serving starting June 1. The owner, originally from the Kansai region, has trained at famous shops in Takamatsu. The shop aims to serve udon with a texture between medium-thick and thin, making it accessible to all, while creating a welcoming space for the local community.
