[Main Exhibits]

1. AMPLIVAR Terminals

The sharp edge structure of the crimp barrel penetrates the insulation film of magnet wire without removing the wire coating. This enables hermetic connections without soldering, contributing to the reduction of connection issues caused by heat, as well as contamination, cold solder, weld defects, and wire embrittlement.

2. IDC Technology: MAG-MATE and SIAMEZE Terminals

Utilizing Insulation Displacement Connection (IDC) technology, these terminals eliminate the need for pre-processing such as stripping, soldering, or welding, and support high-speed termination of copper and aluminum magnet wires. With diverse lead wire attachment options including crimp, Poke-In, quick connect tabs, solder posts, and receptacles, they offer flexibility for various applications.

3. Cluster Block Solutions

Cluster blocks are insulated electrical quick connects that mate with hermetic compressor header pins, suitable for applications in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. The housing can be used either inside or outside the compressor, and can accommodate either lead wire terminals or AMPLIVAR direct-connect magnet wire terminals. The low terminal insertion force design also contributes to improved assembly workability.

4. GRACE INERTIA Series

This connector series supports both wire-to-wire and wire-to-board systems. Its inertia lock mechanism secures the connector in place once a mating is established, contributing to improved mating reliability and simplifying the inspection process.

5. Smart City Lighting Solutions

With the advancement of intelligent buildings, the demand for power and data connectivity is increasing. TE will exhibit solutions that address power and data connectivity throughout buildings through its broad product portfolio, from LED sockets to external connection connectors.
