Techvan Co., Ltd. will host a webinar titled 'Introduction to Designing Internal Document Formatting AI Agents with Copilot Studio,' co-organized with Avenir Japan Co., Ltd.

Webinar Overview From 'having to rewrite meeting minutes from scratch every time' to 'inconsistent formats in weekly reports' and 'wasting time correcting past documents whenever templates change,' this seminar addresses common challenges in internal document tasks by introducing a solution using AI agents specialized for internal operations. We will briefly explain the creation process of an 'Internal Document Formatting Agent' that references internal templates and past documents using Copilot Studio. Additionally, we will discuss specific field-related issues such as implementing RAG for templates, maintenance and operational design for format revisions, and design points for minimizing formatting inconsistencies.

Seminar Content - The wall of 'template operations' revealed after building an internal document formatting agent. We will introduce the 10-minute creation process of an internal document formatting agent that uses 'internal templates + past documents' via Copilot Studio. While showing the design of template RAG, format application, and revision operations, we will also step into real-world challenges such as human-induced formatting inconsistencies and breaking away from the dependence on specific individuals during template revisions.
