Background and Objectives Three Kansai-based manufacturing companies, each facing the challenge of increasing their ratio of female managers, have implemented this cross-company mentoring program. 'Cross-mentoring' is a career development support initiative where mentors and mentees are paired from different companies. It offers numerous benefits, including the sharing of diverse perspectives and knowledge across corporate boundaries, accelerated career development, and the cultivation of female leaders.

Kick-off Meeting On Tuesday, May 12, participants gathered at the CANADEVIA headquarters for the kick-off meeting.
