Terra Charge Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toru Tokushige; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates the charging service "Terra Charge" for EVs (electric vehicles), held its "All-Hands Meeting 2026 Summer" for all employees on July 3, 2026 (Fri).
Under the theme of "The Second Founding Period," this meeting reviewed past growth and shared policies for further business expansion and corporate value enhancement with all employees.
New Challenges for the Second Founding Period
Since the launch of our service, we have aimed to realize a sustainable mobility society through the widespread adoption of EV charging infrastructure. Amidst significant changes in the EV market environment, we are further developing the foundation we have built and moving towards a new growth phase.
This year's meeting was held under the theme "Update ME, Update US." Entering our second founding period, we declared that the company itself will evolve beyond its past framework, not just continue on the same path. Along with the company's transformation, we aim for each employee to update themselves through new challenges, fostering the growth of both individuals and the organization.
In addition to sharing management policies and future business strategies, the meeting included a workshop where each employee declared their own goals and challenges. By sharing thoughts and resolutions with each other, participants were able to cultivate a proactive mindset for shaping the future and take a new step into the second founding period as a unified team.

Individual Growth Leads to Organizational Growth
At the meeting, to further our company's growth as we enter our second founding period, we conducted a workshop where each member looked ahead to themselves six months from now. The workshop focused on "What kind of person do you want to be in six months?" and "What will you challenge starting today to achieve that?" Each person declared specific goals and actions. Sharing aspirations across departments and job roles provided an opportunity for each individual to proactively engage with their own growth.
At our company, we value creating an environment where each employee can continue to take on challenges, based on the belief that "individual growth leads to organizational growth."
Through this workshop, employees articulated their future goals and renewed their determination to achieve them, while also accelerating the organization's progress into its second founding period.
"Thank You Charge Ceremony" Held to Appreciate Colleagues
As a program symbolizing our organizational culture, this all-hands meeting featured the "Thank You Charge" award ceremony, an event for all employees. "Thank You Charge" is an initiative to express gratitude to colleagues who provided support in daily work and to employees who cooperated across departments.
Based on thank-you messages submitted by all employees in advance, members who received many expressions of gratitude were recognized, and numerous "thank you" messages were shared at the venue.
By visualizing not only achievements but also the gratitude towards the colleagues who supported those achievements, it served as an opportunity to reaffirm the "culture of supporting challenges" that we cherish.
Future Outlook
We will continue to address social issues through the widespread adoption of EV charging infrastructure and foster a corporate culture where each employee can continue to grow.
Entering our second founding period, we aim to become an entity that supports the future of mobility and energy in Japan through further challenges.
