Terra Drone Corporation conducted a demonstration simulating the deployment of unmanned aircraft for large-scale event security. The test recreated a high-density environment where numerous manned and unmanned aircraft operate simultaneously. It successfully validated the robustness of a flight safety management system designed to centrally manage operations in such conditions. This initiative is part of the 'K Program' research project adopted in April 2025, conducted in collaboration with JAXA. The experiment utilized past knowledge on flight restricted zones, managing 50 manned and 80 unmanned aircraft in the same airspace. Terra Drone handled the unmanned aircraft operations, creating flight paths for 80 units, sharing real-time simulated location data for up to 84 units, and designing flight scenarios, ensuring stable data coordination and safety management.
