The Terrace Hotels operates seven hotels in Okinawa with the concept of "Harmony with Nature, Return to Nature." Among them, "The Uza Terrace Beach Club Villas" (hereinafter referred to as "The Uza Terrace"), which offers a higher level of hospitality with club services throughout the facility, has its own farm named "Our Farm." Here, pesticide-free vegetables, herbs, and fruits are served in restaurant meals, drinks, and as ingredients for esthetic treatments.

The Harvest Festival will feature vegetables and herbs from "Our Farm," carefully cultivated using natural farming methods without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

"Our Farm" / Ingredients are nurtured by the chef's dedication, which begins from the cultivation stage, and the farmer's passion and love. The ingredients entrusted by the farmers are transformed into new dishes by the chefs.

Basked in the southern sun, the vegetables and herbs from "Our Farm" are characterized by their rich aroma and robust flavor, unique to organic farming.

This season, many vegetables and herbs, meticulously grown by our farmers, have reached their harvest time. To celebrate the joy of harvest and express gratitude for Okinawa's nature, we will hold the "Terrace Harvest Festival ~2026 September~."

While The Uza Terrace restricts facility use to hotel guests only, for a limited period during the Harvest Festival, guests staying at other Terrace Hotels properties will also be able to participate (subject to conditions). Please enjoy the taste of freshly harvested ingredients while experiencing the scenery of the farm where vegetables and herbs grow.

On September 26th and 27th, in addition to the harvest experience, we will offer pizzas and canapés using freshly picked vegetables and herbs, as well as original craft beer made with wheat from our farm. It will be a special time to fully enjoy the seasonal flavors nurtured by "Our Farm."
