The '3 Years of Free Fuel' campaign for new Tesla vehicles (stock or custom orders) has been well-received since its launch on April 1, 2026. In response, we are extending the delivery deadline for Model 3 and Model Y by one month, from June 30, 2026, to July 31, 2026. Amidst soaring gasoline prices, this campaign offers the economic benefit of effectively zero fuel costs for three years, while maximizing the use of Tesla's proprietary ultra-rapid charging network (148 locations, 734 units in Japan as of the end of May). The application conditions are purchase between April 1 and June 30, 2026, and delivery completed by July 31, 2026. Compared to gasoline vehicles, fuel cost savings of several hundred thousand yen are expected over three years. New vehicles currently on sale are eligible for the CEV subsidy of 1.27 million yen, one of the highest for imported cars. Additionally, some local governments offer further subsidies; for example, a resident of Koto-ku, Tokyo, purchasing a Model 3 with a base price of 5,313,000 yen could see their actual burden reduced to the 3,143,000 yen range when combining the national CEV subsidy and local government incentives. Tesla Stores are located in commercial facilities like shopping malls, providing convenient access for customers to experience the latest Tesla vehicles while running daily errands. The Tesla Supercharger network is one of the world's largest rapid charging networks with over 80,000 units. In Japan, we operate 734 Superchargers at 148 locations from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south. Tesla continues to work on expanding the charging network so that owners can easily charge their vehicles just by plugging in, wherever they go.
