This product is a neck cooler equipped with a "W Cooling" system that combines a cooling plate to directly cool the neck and a high-volume fan to send comfortable airflow from behind the neck.

The cooling plate uses the Peltier system, the same as that used in small refrigerators, to maintain a continuous cool sensation through electrical power.
