This feature utilizes generative AI to analyze voice recordings from smartphone calls and transcriptions from face-to-face meetings, automatically generating reports that include daily activities, customer insights, and upcoming tasks. It is designed to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks and alleviate the psychological burden on employees.

Key features include: 1. Cross-Channel Structuring: Automatically generates a chronological activity summary from various contact histories, such as phone calls or face-to-face meetings. 2. Insight and Action Plan Generation: Predicts customer needs and suggests follow-up tasks based on conversational context. 3. Team Sharing: Daily reports can be efficiently shared and managed within teams based on specific permission settings.

This feature will be available as a paid add-on option.
