This move allows for the automatic ingestion of applicant data from 'doda' and other recruitment media and talent placement services provided by Persol Career into 'sonar ATS.'

'doda CONNECT' is a system that enables centralized management of all mid-career recruitment operations. It is provided free of charge to users of the doda Job Information Service, doda Talent Placement Service, and doda Direct. Features include management functions for selection processes, applicant information, and recruitment agencies, as well as email communication and scouting features through doda Direct.

In recent years, the job market has become more active, with 54.7% of companies failing to meet their mid-career hiring goals in fiscal 2024, indicating that many companies are struggling to recruit.
