TKP Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Teruki Kono; hereinafter TKP) announces that it has entered into a service consignment agreement with KURUTON Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuki Morizane; hereinafter KURUTON), a subsidiary of its affiliated company Space Market Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Daisuke Shigematsu). As part of this agreement, a total of 38 private work booths, "TKP BizBOX," will be sequentially introduced to conference rooms at 10 TKP-operated facilities nationwide starting July 9.

Background of Introduction

In recent years, with the increasing adoption of hybrid work styles that combine teleworking and office attendance, there has been a growing interest in flexible work arrangements that are not bound by place or time. Consequently, the demand for private workspaces that can be used for online meetings, online business negotiations, and teleworking has also expanded.

TKP is engaged in the flexible office business, including conference rooms, and is committed to providing services that support diverse working styles. To further enhance the convenience and service value for facility users, we have decided to install the private work booth "TKP BizBOX." Through this introduction, we aim to expand choices according to work styles, accommodating various usage scenarios such as before and after conference room use, short-term work, and online meetings.

Service Overview

The "TKP BizBOX" is a soundproofed, single-person private work booth. The interior is equipped with a table, power outlets, and lighting, allowing for comfortable use in various business situations, including online meetings using Zoom and Teams, phone calls with external parties, and computer work.
