Legendary Three-Star Chef's Ultimate Beer 'Inedit' Pairs with Seijo Ishii Deli at Fair

Toko Co., Ltd., authorized Japanese importer of Spain's Damm brewery, announced that premium beer 'Inedit' will be featured at the 'dancyu x Seijo Ishii Deli Fair 2026' from June 5 to 30. Inedit is a distinctive wheat-and-barley blend with orange peel, coriander, and licorice, created in 2008 by legendary three-Michelin-star chef Ferran Adria of elBulli and Damm's team. The fair presents two curated pairings: Pair 01 matches Inedit with Seijo Ishii's Singapore-style Chicken Biryani (863 yen incl. tax), where the beer's creamy foam softens the complex spice profile; Pair 02 features Tomato and Mozzarella Chicken Shumai (712 yen for 6 pcs), with Inedit's fruity herbal notes elevating the tomato acidity and umami. Inedit is 330 ml at 627 yen (tax incl.), 4.8% ABV, and is best enjoyed poured halfway into a wine glass and gently swirled.
