Tokyo Boeki Techno System Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TTS), a member of the Tokyo Boeki Group (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Hiroto Mizuhara), will exhibit at "The 8th International Construction and Surveying Equipment Exhibition CSPI 2026" to be held at Makuhari Messe from Wednesday, June 17 to Saturday, June 20, 2026. TTS will introduce solutions that contribute to labor saving in bridge inspections and efficiency improvement in construction through the utilization of 3D data.
Exhibition Overview: Proposing 3D Measurement Technologies Cultivated in Other Industries to the Construction Industry
The construction industry is facing demands for improved productivity across the entire construction production system, from surveying, design, construction, inspection, to maintenance. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is also promoting "i-Construction" to support this goal. TTS is expanding its high-precision 3D measurement technologies, cultivated in industries such as manufacturing, to the construction sector, actively proposing concrete application examples and hints for site improvements through the use of 3D data, such as labor saving in bridge inspections and real-time measurement at construction sites.
Exhibition Contents
1. NETIS (*1) Registered System for Efficient Steel Plate Winding Work Using a Laser Tracker (*2)
This is an application that uses a laser tracker to measure the dimensions between the steel plates and concrete structures of bridge piers remotely with high precision and in real-time. It supports three types of pier structures: rectangular columns, round columns, and portal frame columns. Compared to conventional manual measurements taken from scaffolding: - It leads to cost reduction as measurements can be taken without using scaffolding. - It achieves schedule shortening by reducing measurement time and advancing the construction process.
- It contributes to improved safety by reducing high-altitude work.

2. Bridge Inspection and Temporary Assembly Simulation Software REGALIS Go!
This is specialized software for bridge member inspection and temporary assembly simulation, developed in response to the need for reducing temporary assembly processes among bridge manufacturers. Its high-precision virtual temporary assembly simulation function significantly reduces the need for physical temporary assembly. In the field, it enables operations to be completed within the site, from creating measurement procedures to data analysis, by utilizing tablet-based measurements.
