Grand Hyatt Tokyo, a dynamic luxury hotel, will introduce 'GROUND,' an Irish wellness brand focused on 'recovery of both mind and body rather than just beauty,' at its 'Nagomi Spa and Fitness' starting July 15, 2026. This marks the brand's first entry into Japan.

Founded in Ireland in 2020, GROUND operates under the philosophy of 'Wellness from the ground up.' It develops rituals that focus on the impact of stress on the body and mind, aiming to fundamentally recover one's well-being. Unlike conventional treatments that seek superficial beauty or relaxation, GROUND rituals are tailored to the individual's condition. By employing techniques such as breathing, stretching, and yoga, the treatments promote mental and physical recovery. They address various issues modern people face, such as insomnia, anxiety, and hormonal fluctuations.

One of the new menu items, 'Peace of Mind,' is designed to lead guests into deep relaxation. It uses oil from the 'CODLADH' (Irish for sleep) series and combines massage with GROUND's unique methods to facilitate deep breathing and a sense of stillness. Through this introduction, Grand Hyatt Tokyo aims to cater to diverse wellness needs, providing an environment where guests can tune their mind and body according to their conditions and goals.
