Applications will be accepted starting June 1, 2026. In the era of the 100-year lifespan, as more seniors pursue entrepreneurship as a second career, this initiative supports those aiming to start businesses within Tokyo.

[Prizes and Support] Top Prize: 1 million yen; Excellence Award: 500,000 yen; Incentive Award: 300,000 yen. Additionally, all finalists are candidates for 1 million yen in startup support funding.

[Eligibility] Individuals aged 55 or older as of April 1, 2026, who plan to start a business in Tokyo or have been in business for less than 5 years.

[Application Process] Download the application form from the official website and submit it via the online form. The deadline is August 31, 2026.

[Seminars] Kick-off seminar (June 27) and entrepreneurship seminars (July 11, July 25) will cover business plan creation and AI utilization.
