Tokyo City Keiba (TCK) has decided to appoint its 2026 image character, Ryusei Yokohama, as the presenter for the first leg of the "3-Year-Old Dirt Triple Crown," the "71st Haneda Hai (JpnI)," to be held on Wednesday, April 29 (national holiday). Furthermore, the new CM "Haneda Hai STAR☆T," featuring Ryusei Yokohama, was released on the official website on Wednesday, April 15, and will start broadcasting on terrestrial television and other platforms from Sunday, April 19.

"Twinkle Race" was born as Japan's first nighttime horse racing. The communication theme for this year, marking its memorable 40th anniversary, is "Twinkle Race STAR☆T that shines Japan!".
