Tokyu Malls Development Hosts 'Kids Staff Event' Career Experience for Elementary Students Across 12 Facilities

Tokyu Malls Development Corporation is set to host its 'Kids Staff Event,' a career experience program for elementary school students, across all 12 of the shopping centers it operates during the 2026 summer holidays.

Since 2023, the company has officially launched 'Tokyu Malls Development Sustainability Action,' and this event serves as a part of its sustainable community development. The program offers diverse work experiences, including essential shopping center operations such as security, information desk services, and retail staff roles, as well as roles coordinated with Tokyu Line stations and local public facilities. This year, the event will provide 189 slots for a total of 612 participants.

In collaboration with the 'Tokyu Scrum Project for Parenting and Student Support,' the initiative aims to serve as a bridge between the community and the next generation. Participating facilities include Kohoku TOKYU S.C., Gotanda Tokyu Square, and Grandberry Park, among others. Applications are open from June 22 to July 5 via the official website.
